Today I am writing about a book I have just finished reading.
And it is the love story of Trey and Cadence in the small town of Grass Valley.
It is a fantastic read in my opinion. The story starts with Cadence moving from the big city, working for a big law firm and engaged to a very small town in the middle of nowhere. The sudden change of life was due to a bad relationship that she had with her fiancé that abandoned her on the wedding day.
She then moves to this small town and starts work with her Aunt Viv as a waitress, which didn't really work very well for her since she was kind of clumsy while waiting and servicing the clients. She basically stayed on the job for one day when Trey and Trent met her and quickly offered her a job as a cook and housekeeper in their ranch.
It was love at first sight for Trey and Cady, as Trey starts calling her later on.
The story develops to a point where the lonely and just work ranch becomes a home again.
This book teaches us a lot about caring for others, love, and the part that God plays in each one's lives. I highly recommend you reading this book. I assure you that the moment you start reading it you won't be able to stop.
